Refined settings for Somfy Interior Zigbee motors

TaHoma has introduced new Bluetooth re-setting features for Somfy Interior Zigbee motors, enhancing precision and efficiency.

In addition to the existing end-limit re-setting function, users can now adjust the 'my position' setting with remarkable accuracy. They can also modify the nominal speed and opening direction according to their preferences. These updates simplify the customization of their motorized devices, allowing them to tailor them exactly to their setup​.

Netatmo compatibility

Netatmo and Somfy deepen their partnership for smarter home comfort​

Netatmo and Somfy are pursuing their collaboration to offer a solution that combines Somfy expertise in connected homes with Netatmo heating devices (thermostats and valves).

With these new compatibilities, centralise and control your Netatmo heating devices from your TaHoma app :

Automate your solar protections based on the temperature of your home to enhance your comfort and reduce heating (and AC) consumption​.

Adapt your heating programming when on vacations: set the correct dates of your absence, activate presence simulation and switch your heating to Frost protection: it will switch back to a more comfortable mode a day before you come back​.

Discontinuation of IFTTT support

Our partnership with the external service IFTTT will conclude at the end of this year. Consequently, applets created for Somfy products using IFTTT will no longer function after this time. This means that specific triggers, such as geolocation will no longer be active.

This summer will be cooler!​

This summer, the thermal comfort pre-set scene will be your best ally to keep your home cool. By pre-configuring the opening and closing of your equipment according to their exposure and time of day, TaHoma works for your comfort and energy savings.​

New in TaHoma! The indoor temperature can now be integrated into the scene for even more comfort! As soon as the indoor temperature rises, your sun protection closes automatically to protect home from overheating. ​

All TaHoma-compatible indoor temperature sensors can be added to the scene.

Fed up of your lights turning on when it's not dark yet?​

You can now add dawn and dusk conditions in advanced scenes

  • From the “…” menu, set alerts on your lights and window to be informed when it's on or open for too long and add energy tips on your Favorites page ​by clicking on “Add a favourite”.

For those who like to sleep in

You want to wake up with the sun but sometimes it is a little too early ?​

TaHoma has a solution for you! When creating a scene based on dawn or dusk times, you can now add limits so that it is not too early or too late.​

For example: Program your roller shutter to open at dawn but never before 7am

TaHoma becomes compatible with the newest eco-designed and efficient motor for garage door: Dexxo Compact io​

Add it to TaHoma to check its status in real time, open and close your garage door from anywhere or create automations. ​

The new Keytis 2 io remote control can also be added to TaHoma as a scene launcher. When coming home, a click on the remote control can launch your arrival scene: your garage opens, your light turns on and the heating is turned to comfort mode.

It is not too late to try our Thermal comfort pre-set scene in TaHoma app. We have made improvements to make it even more efficient and easy to use.

As summer is coming up, the Thermal comfort scene will make sure to keep your home cool, without turning on the AC.​

In the "My scenes" menu, click on "Create a new scene", then "Thermal comfort". ​
